You might not have thought it would be the case, but it’s okay to eat food that has been covered with fuzzy mold. However, this is only the case in certain situations.

The MTHFR gene was discovered and brought to a strong focus in 2003 in a genetic study called the Human Genome Project. Recognized as a significant in health and overall well-being, MTHFR was also discovered to be defective in a majority of the participants.  What does this mean to you?  How would you know and how it would affect your overall health?
